Production: It is drawn off the same evening as the harvest and then matured in Pietra Serena vats for greater oxygenation. (about 5 months)
Description: A pure Tuscan Vermentino produced from the lands near Montalbano in Limite sull'Arno. A Natural choice, rich in fresh aromas and a long and persistent taste. On the nose it opens with a balanced aroma and an excellent bouquet, harmonious and enveloping on the palate with a strong persistence characteristic of Vermentino but with a unique complexity!
Ideal to taste in the warmer months as an aperitif or in combination with fish dishes.
Pairing: White meat, shellfish, fish with a higher presence of fat (e.g. salmon), mature cheeses
