Shipping Times

Once we receive your order, we will process and ship it promptly

For shipping we rely on Mailboxes for the excellent quality of service offered to our customers

If your order was placed during the weekend or on a public holiday, we will begin processing it on the next business day.

To process your order and deliver it to the Mailboxes office usually takes 1-2 business days.
Mailboxes normally takes 1-2 business days to take charge of it and complete the shipping procedures.
Once your order has been shipped by Mailboxes it will take 2-4 days to be delivered to the address provided at the time of order

Podere la Botta cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays

Shipment Tracking

Refer to the shipping confirmation email to track the package. If you have not received a confirmation email with the tracking number, contact our customer service by sending an email to assistenza@poderelabotta.com

Shipping Costs

If delivery is to be made within a 10 km radius of Podere la Botta, shipping is Free (Empoli and neighboring municipalities)

If pickup is at Podere la Botta you will receive a complimentary Bottle of Wine as a gift

For shipments throughout Italy and for those more than 10 Km from Podere la Botta's location are as follows

- The shipping cost for orders up to € 90,00 is € 9,00
- The shipping cost for orders over € 90,01 is free
