Refund policy

For any reason, the customer may return items purchased on poderelabotta.com within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

Poderelabotta.com does not offer an exchange service; it is only possible to return items and place a new online order.

All customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Please note that we do not process exchanges; we only accept returns and issue refunds.

It is important that the package is well packed to prevent damage during transport.

If you cannot reuse the original packaging, you can contact us and we will arrange collection so the goods can be properly placed inside and the shipping slip positioned in the external pocket.

If the request is accepted, the customer will receive a return authorization email with instructions to follow.

If the request is rejected, the customer is not authorized to return the goods.

Goods returned without authorization will not be considered.

All products must be returned in the same condition as they were originally sent, including labels, tags, packaging, certificates of authenticity, and any free promotional items (if applicable).

Damaged or altered returns are not accepted.

AFTER THE RETURN ARRIVES AT OUR WAREHOUSES:

All products must therefore be in perfect condition and meet our quality standards.

Returns of items with transport damage, personalized items, sealed items that are not eligible for hygienic or sanitary reasons opened after delivery, or items purchased outside of poderelabotta.com are not accepted.

To remain properly protected during transport, it is mandatory to ship items in their original packaging; we also recommend using a second external box/protective wrapping over the original to ensure greater protection during transport.

Upon arrival at the warehouse the product will be inspected. If the goods show defects attributable to poderelabotta.com, the refund will be full.

If the goods show defects attributable to the customer, the refund will be calculated based on the damage caused to the goods.

Shipping costs for goods not compliant with the requirements are the responsibility of the customer.

If the product complies with the requirements, the customer will receive a refund for the returned items within 14 days from the date they exercised the right of return, credited back to the payment method used.

Poderelabotta.com reserves the right to withhold the refund amount until receipt of the products subject to the right of withdrawal.

Depending on the bank, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on the customer's account statement.
