Description: A pure Tuscan Mammolo produced from lands near Montalbano in Capraia e Limite, Tuscany.
Produced with an ancient and very interesting indigenous grape variety, it is a unique and elegant choice, with a pink color with orange notes; it releases a fresh, intense, and harmonious aroma. Balanced and slightly sweet on the palate, notes of white peach stand out with good persistence and a good balance that invites another sip.

Pairing: Summer aperitif, delicate and lean meats, raw fish
