Bottles Produced: 1500
Production: Maceration for 62 days on the skins, 3 months in steel and bottled without filtration but with natural sedimentation.
Subsequent maturation of at least 3 months in the bottle.
⚠️ The cap is closed with shellac manually by Mauro!
Characteristics: An Orange Wine produced from the lands near Montalbano in Capraia and Limite, in Tuscany, macerating on its skins for 62 days!
Floral and fruity aroma with notes of orange peel, balanced and rich in raisin notes on the palate, good persistence.
