Production: Maceration for 6 hours on its own skins in steel tanks, subsequent maturation for 6 months in steel and refinement in the bottle.

Description: A pure Mammolo Toscano produced from the lands near Montalbano in Capraia e Limite in Tuscany.
Produced with an ancient and very interesting native grape variety, it is a unique and elegant choice , with a pink color with orange notes, it releases a fresh, intense and harmonious aroma, balanced and slightly sweet on the palate, notes of white peach stand out with a good persistence and a good balance that recall the sip.
Pairing: Summer aperitif, delicate and non-fatty meats, raw fish
