Production: Malolactic fermentation in wood, maturation in oak barrels for 1 year followed by 6 months of maturation in concrete, finishing with 18 months of bottle aging.
Characteristics: A Chianti DOCG following Tuscan tradition, produced from the lands near Montalbano in Limite sull'Arno.
A natural choice made with obsessive attention to every detail throughout the entire production chain.
Rich in fruity aromas on the nose with notes of cherry and red fruit; fresh and
enveloping on the palate, characterized by soft tannins and excellent gustatory persistence.
