Produzione: Maceration for 6 hours on its own skins in steel tanks, followed by 6 months of maturation in steel and bottle aging.

Descrizione: A Tuscan Mammolo in Purity produced from the lands near Montalbano in Capraia and Limite in Tuscany.
Product with an ancient and very interesting native blend, is a unique and elegant choice, with a pinkish color and orange notes, it releases a fresh, intense, and harmonious aroma, balanced and slightly sweet on the palate, highlighting notes of white peach with good persistence and a nice balance that recalls the sip.
