Production: 62-day maceration on the skins, 3 months in steel, and bottled without filtration, with natural sediment deposit.
Subsequent aging of at least 3 months in the bottle.
⚠️ The cork is sealed manually with shellac by Mauro!
Characteristics: An Orange Wine produced from the lands near Montalbano in Capraia e Limite, Tuscany, macerated on its own skins for 62 days!
Floral and fruity aroma with notes of orange peel, balanced and rich with dried fruit notes on the palate, good persistence.
