Production: 4 weeks of maceration on the skins, 2 manual pump-overs per day with cap breaking, malolactic fermentation in wood and subsequent maturation of 10 months in tonneau. Bottle aging for at least 6 months.

Description: A Pure Canaiolo produced from the lands near Montalbano in Capraia and Limite in Tuscany.
An Elegant and sophisticated choice, with a light and clear red color, it releases an intense and floral aroma with notes of birch and violet, balanced and easy to drink on the palate with good persistence and balance.

Pairing: Red fatty meats, meat or fish sauces without tomato, fresh or semi-aged cheeses
