A choice Organic, rich in aromas on the nose, characterised by soft tannins and an excellent persistence on the palate.
An IGT white wine produced from the lands near Montalbano in Capraia e Limite.
An organic choice, rich in aromas and freshness, ideal for sipping as a light aperitif and in the warmer months.

Pairing: White meats, white fish or meat sauces, semi-mature or mature cheeses
