Production: It is drawn off the same evening as the harvest and then matures in Pietra Serena vats for greater oxygenation. (approximately 5 months)
Description: A pure Vermentino Toscano produced from the lands near Montalbano in Limite sull'Arno.
A natural choice, rich in fresh aromas and a long, persistent taste.
On the nose it opens with a balanced aroma and an excellent bouquet, harmonious and enveloping on the palate with a decisive persistence characteristic of Vermentino but with a unique complexity!
Ideal to enjoy in the warmer months as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes.
Pairing: White meats, shellfish, fish with a higher presence of fat (e.g. salmon), mature cheeses
